Viimsi Artium starts a new events series Music and Poetry @ Viimsi Artium at the Contemporary Art Gallery. At the first event of the series, the poet Kristiina Ehin and musician Silver Sepp will take the stage with their newest program of poetry and songs called “Thirst is the same for 2” At the event, Kristiina Ehin is going to present her collection of poems of the same title.
Kristiina Ehin is an Estonian poet and writer, translator, singer, and songwriter.
She has published 9 collections of poetry that have been translated into more than 20 languages. She also has to her credit 5 books of prose and many translations into several languages. Apart from writing poetry, Kristiina`s heart belongs to music. Since 2012 she has been performing with the all-female band Naised köögis (Women in kitchen) and has been organizing poerty@music events together with her husband, the folk-musician Silver Sepp.
