Viimsi Artium is now a member of the Estonian Convention Bureau.

Since February 2024, Viimsi Artium has been a member of the Estonian Convention Bureau (EKB). EKB is a membership-based umbrella organization for conference tourism in Estonia, aiming to shape the international reputation of Estonia as a conference destination, increase its visibility, and boost the number of international conferences held in the country. The main activities of EKB include promoting Estonia as a destination for international conferences and providing guidance to organizers in planning conferences in Estonia and finding service providers.

The organization brings together companies that want to contribute to the development of the conference industry in Estonia and those who benefit from the practical services and industry-specific information offered by EKB.

EKB’s membership includes the cities of Tallinn, Tartu, and Pärnu, major conference hotels, conference and event management companies, Tallinn University and Tallinn University of Technology, various event venues, Tallinn Airport, and the Port of Tallinn, as well as top catering companies.
